Guidelines to materials

Thesis (up to 1-2 page) should be presented in electronic form as MS Word file.

Page format – А5, margins (upper and lower) – 1,5 cm, margins (left and right) – 2,0 cm. Text font: Times New Roman Cyr 10; position of paragraph tabs: 0.8 cm; line spacing: single.

Initials and last names of authors should be presented in center, font: bold italic; paper title in the center, font: upper case, bold; author's organization, city, e-mail in the center, font: italic.

Illustrations and diagrams should be inserted in text as objects and have a title. Diagrams should be performed in black and white.

Scientific articles corresponding to the profile of the conference and reflecting the results of theoretical and experimental research are accepted for publication.

It is not allowed to send already published articles to the organizing committee, or articles sent for publication to other publications.

All materials have to be open, as evidenced by an expert opinion. The absence of such a conclusion will serve as a basis for rejecting the article from publication in the conference proceedings.

The article should have: relevance (the problems of the article should be of interest to the scientific community in terms of the current development of science and technology); scientific character (the article should consider the scientific aspects of the problem being solved, even if the problem itself has applied value); novelty (the results presented in the article must have scientific novelty, review articles are allowed by special decision of the organizing committee).

At the end of the conference, all scientific articles will be included in the Collection of Proceedings "ER-2020", the best reports will be included in the journal "Robotics and Technical Cybernetics", indexed in the RSCI database (RSCI Core)

Papers, abstract, keywords (up to 7-8 pages) should be presented in electronic form as MS Word file.

The paper should contain sections:

  • abstract of at least 100 words (in English),
  • 5 words and phrases (in English),
  • introduction
  • main part,
  • conclusion
  • gratitude (if you need to post information about financial support for research: financial institution, grant or project number, etc.)

Tables, figures, formulas, graphs are inserted into the text as objects and must necessarily contain a name. Charts should be done in black and white. All letters and abbreviations must be decrypted upon first use.
