To get visa support and make corresponding invitations for participants the Russian Conference Organization Committee needs the following information:

1. Full name (including last name and first name);
2. Passport number, its date of issue and validity;
3. Preliminary dates of arrival/departure.

II. Visa support for participants from countries outside international agreements of visa facilitation with Russian Federation:

1. Full name
2. Date of birth

5. Place of birth (city/town and state)
6. Residence (country and region)
7. Place of gathering visa (country and city)
8. Place of work (full official name)
9. Address of organization (full address including post index)
10. Position in organization
11. Passport number, its date of issue and validity
12. Address for place of stay (hotel address, preliminary)
13. Period of stay (preliminary entry date and exit date)
14. Scanning page of passport for checking personal data
